Morris Sperry’s board member training seminar was a huge success. After filling up the first night, the seminar was extended to a second night that quickly filled up. Many of the attendees commented on the valuable information they received during the seminar. Topics such as doing business by email, the attorney client privilege, board member legal duties, how to select an insurance agent, and many others were packed into what turned into a two-hour seminar.
