Stephen K. Aina

Stephen graduated from law school at BYU in 2013 and has enjoyed the practice of law since then. Prior to joining Morris DeVoe, he was the managing attorney for criminal prosecution at his prior firm, supervising attorneys and staff in the prosecution of cases in several municipalities. Stephen also served on his own local homeowners’ association board and as the president of the association.

Stephen’s practice includes all aspects of community association law, including governing document drafting and rewrites, governance issues, complex litigation, governing document enforcement, new association development and turnover, and disputes between owners and associations.

When Stephen is not working, he enjoys coaching soccer teams, spending time with his family, volunteering tutoring students with math, and teaching as a Utah NRA Concealed Carry Instructor.
